第1条（総則）
Appointment Hub（以下「本サービス」といいます）は、ユーザーの個人情報の保護に最大限の注意を払っています。本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）は、本サービスにおいて、ユーザーの個人情報をどのように収集し、利用し、保護するかについて定めています。本サービスを利用することにより、ユーザーは本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。
第2条（収集する情報）
本サービスは、ユーザーが本サービスを利用する際に、以下の情報を収集する場合があります。
- 個人情報: 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号など、特定の個人を識別できる情報。
- 技術情報: IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、アクセス時間、利用しているデバイスの情報などの技術的なデータ。
- 利用状況情報: 本サービスの利用履歴、予約情報、訪問ページ、利用時間などの情報。
- Googleカレンダー情報: ユーザーの同意に基づき、Googleカレンダーから登録されたイベント情報を取得します。ただし、それらの情報をデータベースに保存したり、本人以外が閲覧可能な状態で保持することはありません。
第3条（情報の利用目的）
本サービスは、収集した情報を以下の目的で利用します。
- 本サービスの提供、利用登録およびその認証。
- アフターサービス等、顧客サポート。
- 不正行為の調査、防止とセキュリティの向上。
- アプリケーションのバグの調査。
第4条（情報の共有・提供）
本サービスは、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
- ユーザーの同意がある場合。
- 法令に基づく場合、または法的手続きに必要な場合。
- 本サービスの運営に関して、業務委託先や提携先と情報を共有する必要がある場合。ただし、この場合、本サービスは委託先に対し、適切な情報管理を求めます。
- 資産の合併、買収、販売の一環として行う場合。ただし、この場合はユーザーへの通知を行います。
第5条（情報の保護）
本サービスは、ユーザーの個人情報を適切に管理し、不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改ざん、漏洩などを防止するために、合理的な技術的および組織的な対策を講じます。
- データの暗号化: 個人情報の送受信時にSSL/TLS暗号化を使用しています。
- アクセス制限: 個人情報へのアクセスは、バグや不正利用の調査等、ユーザーサポートで必要な場合に限り、認可されたスタッフが行います。
- データ漏洩時の対応: 万が一データ漏洩が発生した場合、速やかにユーザーおよび関係当局に通知し、適切な対応を行います。
第6条（情報の保存期間）
- 本サービスは、ユーザーの個人情報を、本サービスを利用登録している期間に限り保存します。利用登録を解除した場合、情報は速やかに削除されます。
- Googleカレンダー情報は、ユーザーのイベントを表示する際に一時的に取得されるのみであり、それらの情報をデータベースに保存したり、本人以外が閲覧可能な状態で保持することはありません。
第7条（ユーザーの権利）
ユーザーは、本サービスに対して、以下の権利を行使することができます。
- 自身の個人情報の確認、修正、更新または削除の要求。
- 本サービスにおける個人情報の利用または提供の停止の要求。
- プライバシーポリシーの内容についての問い合わせ。
第8条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）
本ポリシーの内容は、法令その他本ポリシーに別段の定めのある事項を除いて、ユーザーに通知することなく、変更することができるものとします。
当社が別途定める場合を除いて、変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ウェブサイトに掲載したときから効力を生じるものとします。

Appointment Hub Privacy Policy
Article 1 (General Provisions)
Appointment Hub (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") takes the utmost care in protecting users' personal information. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") stipulates how the Service collects, uses, and protects users' personal information. By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to this Policy.
Article 2 (Information Collected)
The Service may collect the following information when users use the Service:

- Google Calendar Information: Based on user consent, we retrieve event information registered in Google Calendar. However, such information is not stored in our database or maintained in a state accessible to anyone other than the user.

- Provision of the Service, user registration, and authentication.
- Customer support such as after-sales service.
- Investigation and prevention of fraudulent activities, and enhancement of security.

- Google Calendar information is only temporarily retrieved when displaying the user's events, and such information is not stored in our database or maintained in a state accessible to anyone other than the user.
Article 7 (User Rights)
Users have the following rights with respect to the Service:
- The right to request confirmation, correction, updating, or deletion of their personal information.
- The right to request the cessation of use or provision of their personal information by the Service.
- The right to make inquiries regarding the contents of the Privacy Policy.
Article 8 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
The contents of this Policy may be changed without prior notice to users, except as otherwise provided by law or this Policy.
Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
